* In November, Kee Hee Lee, the owner of the Wind Fine Art Gallery and School of Fine Art, 7266 Far Hills Ave., Centerville, announced plans to build a creative arts center that would serve as an art gallery and studio for teaching art as well as language arts and math. The building will be just south of Lee's current art and frame gallery.
